Opened in 2017, the college with its distinctive chromatic atrium, was the first of Ashford Borough Council's "Big 8" projects completed.  The campus, opposite the developing Ashford Commercial Quarter, accommodates over 1000 students and over 100 staff and incudes general academic, vocational and creative departments and administrative facilities.
 
PermaTEC was used by Knight Asphalte to complete the waterproofing and inverted flat roofs.
