Quinn Estates in partnership with George Wilson Developments built Connect 38, a brand-new town centre office and retail development adjacent to Ashford International Train Station, where it now takes just 38 minutes to reach London St Pancras.
 
The flat roof and terrace waterproofing were completed by Knight Asphalte using Bauder Bakor hot melt and built up felt roofing systems.
