The £26m Dover Leisure Centre opened in February 2019 marking the culmination of a three-year project to bring modern and accessible lesiure facilities to the Dover District.  Built to BREEAM "Very Good" standards by Bam Construction, the centre includes the first publicly accessible 8-lane county standard short course championship swimming pool in Kent, certified by Swim England.
 
Working closelyy with Iko, Knight Asphalte used Goldseal built up felt roofing for the flat roof waterproofing in excess of 4000m2.
