A 9-storey, 307 room luxury hotel facing onto the Tower of London where Permaphalt was selected as the covering for the many flat roof and terrace areas.  The complete Permaphalt works proved to be an ideal base for the high end landscaping and inverted roof finishes, including feature terraces and entertaining spaces overlooking the Tower of London.
