Nile Street is a development of 175 new homes and new college steps away from City Road between Shoreditch area and the City of London providing a quiet retreat for living and learning within the capital.  The project designed by Avanti Architects includes an interconnected podium, a tower of 28 storesy, five studio flats, 155 two and three bedroomed apartments and a small numberr of family duplexes and communal and private roof gardens.
 
Knight Asphalte used Alumasc Hydrotech and Caltech waterproofing systems to complete the roofing works and installed feature landscaping and hardwood decking to the terraces.
