The new terrace design for the Executive Terrace encourages the users of the adjoining offices to take a step out of their usual routine and place of work and into a more natural and wilder habitat.
 
Knight Asphalte installed Iko Permascreed to provide drainage and Permaphalt mastic asphalt as the waterproofing as part of the scheme.  Eye-catching landscaping and planting were installed on the terrace to provide a natural sanctuary in an urban landscape.
