Project Management

We can offer a full project management service to all our customers. Our team of contract managers will ensure that all works are carried out to our customer's requirements and conform to quality and health & safety standards.

Site inspections, work instructions quality plans, risks assessments and health & safety training are carried out in line with our quality management system.

Our contract managers are in regular contact with both our customers and operatives and chargehands on site. The progress of the works is reviewed daily and site visits are undertaken regularly.

Materials and equipment used throughout the project are only purchased from approved suppliers. Our suppliers are selected on the basis of proven quality standards.
