HOT MELT WATERPROOFING PROJECTS

Hot melt roofing systems, such as PermaTEC, Permaquik, Bakor and Hydrotech are a combination of rubberised asphalt or bitumen, applied hot with carefully selected reinforcement fabrics and protection layers to form a strong, flexible, waterproof roof membrane.

Hot waterproofing systems are particularly suited for waterproofing concrete structures, buildings and roof decks and are commonly used on many of today’s major construction projects. The completed waterproofing works are an ideal base for inverted insulation, green roofs, hard landscaping and inverted roof finishes.
